Frequently Answered Queries

Q

How do I get in touch about wholesale?

A

Send all those big, strong wholesale inquiries to info@tntbitters.com

Q

Also, what's the deal with shipping?

A

Bitters fall in the strange upside down of the liquor world in that they're what's known as non-consumable beverage.  So they're alcoholic, but you're not drinking them straight so they get classified as “non-beverage” alcohol and thus are considered grocery items and we are allowed to ship to all 50 states.

Remember, we can arrange pick-up/drop-off if you get in touch with us directly.

Q

What if my bitters burst?

A

Ship happens. Sometimes people drop things. Sometimes those things break. If our bitters are damaged between our shelves and your bar, take a picture (if possible) and let us know immediately. If we are informed soon after they are delivered, we’d be happy to send replacements.

q

Why are there floating bits in my bitters?

A

In one word: freshness. In many words: we use super fresh ingredients with minimal additives, colorings, or any of that wacky synthetic mumbo jumbo. The result, though we do strain our bitters, is that some sediment can sneak through. Don’t worry, it’s not contagious except that it will pass on great bitter flavor to your tongue. Give the bitters a good shake and those little bits should dissolve away. Note: In our Pink Mist Smoked Grapefruit bitters, we use real smoke from applewood and hickory wood chips. The oils in the grapefruit peels absorb this smoke and it tends to settle along the top of the liquid. It can look a little…well…moldy, and shaking it doesn’t always dissolve these smoke filled oil molecules. That’s okay. What if some come out when you shake dash it into your drink or dish? That’s okay too. It’s totally safe to consume!
